Customer Satisfaction

We do our best to accurately describe our products. As such, if an item arrives to you not as described, a return can be requested within 48 hours and we will gladly exchange it, provide store credit, or give you a refund provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition that in was sent.  For items that arrived as described we can still exchange it, provide store credit or issue a refund but there will be a 25% restocking fee.   No returns are accepted on the following items: Electrical Parts, Brake & Cluch Rebuild Kits and Caliper Seals.   Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 



* For Domestic shipping we use USPS or UPS, depending on the item.
* For large and/or heavy items there are surcharges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

* We ship to APO/FPO addresses with USPS
* For International shipping we ship exclusively with USPS.  

* We reserve the right to require EMS Express mail shipments to certain countries at our discretion.
* Most items are shipped within 48 hours, but we reserve the right to have up to 5 business days to process shipping.

* For Standard Shipping within the continental USA we ship USPS First Class, and UPS Ground.

* For Standard Shipping of large and/or heavy items to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico we ship USPS Parcel Post.

* For Expedited Shipping within the USA we ship USPS Priority Mail.

* For Standard Shipping outside the USA we ship USPS First Class Mail International.

* For Expedited Shipping outside the USA we ship USPS Priority Mail International.
* Our online store automatically combines shipping whenever possible.

* For Paypal payments we only ship to confirmed addresses.




For payment we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. For credit cards we use to securely process all transactions.   If you wish to purchase items by money order or by calling in a credit card over the phone, please contact us for additional details at
