We do our best to accurately describe our products. As such, if an item arrives to you not as described, we will
gladly exchange it or provide you with store credit.

Shipping

* For Domestic shipping we use USPS or UPS, depending on the item.
* For large and/or heavy items there are surcharges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
* For International shipping we ship exclusively with USPS.
* Most items are shipped within 48 hours, but we reserve the right to have up to 5 business days to process shipping.
* All shipping & handling fees include insurance.
* Our online store automatically combines shipping whenever possible.

Payment

For payment we accept  Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit  cards.  A Paypal account
is not required for checkout through our online store.  If you wish to purchase items by money order or by calling in
a credit card over the phone, please contact us for additional details at service@gothamcycles.com
