Customer Satisfaction

All sales are final. This applies to all new and used parts and accessories. We do our best to accurately describe our products.
As such, if an item arrives to you not as described, the item can be returned within 7 days and we will gladly exchange it or
provide you with store credit.

Shipping

* For Domestic shipping we use USPS or UPS, depending on the item.
* For large and/or heavy items there are surcharges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
* For International shipping we ship exclusively with USPS.
* Most items are shipped within 48 hours, but we reserve the right to have up to 5 business days to process shipping.
* Our online store automatically combines shipping whenever possible.
* For International Customers we write "Gift" on the customs forms.

Payment

For payment we accept  Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit  cards.  A Paypal account
is not required for checkout through our online store.  If you wish to purchase items by money order or by calling in
a credit card over the phone, please contact us for additional details at service@gothamcycles.com
